Anezi Tower Hotel

The food was delicious—omelettes, fresh bread, and salads. Mint tea is a must! The room was excellent with a gorgeous view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Anezi Hotel from 8th to 15th December 2024, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I want to particularly highlight the exceptional service provided by Laila from room service. Laila not only ensured my room was impeccably clean and organized, but she went above and beyond by styling the room differently each day. Her creativity and attention to detail added a delightful surprise to my stay, making each return to my room feel fresh and special. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making my experience unique and memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a significant impact on my stay. Thank you, Laila, and the entire Anezi Hotel team, for your excellent service. I look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Booked a premium sea view room and wasn't disappointed. Beds and pillows were really comfy, the room was a good size, the bathroom was lovely, and the view was amazing. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The pools were great, and so was the spa. The food from the pool bar was delicious and great value for money. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away.

We were well looked after from the time we arrived. Our room was kept clean and tidy by Osama and his colleagues. He's very good at presentation, we had some great towel swans and elephants! Reception were very helpful and there is also booking agent in the lobby offering a good selection of excursions. An ATM is sited in the lobby and there is a foreign exchange office 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel exit. The hotel accepts card payments but most other places require cash so you'll need sterling to change to dirhams.
